Agile Coach

    The goal of an Agile Coach is to improve teams of developers and overall project management by increasing collaboration, innovation, and introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances.
    To lead teams of developers in Agile methodology, the Agile Coach performs various tasks.

    What can you expect to work on?

    • Educate employees at all levels, including senior, and at times clients, on Agile principles;
    • Providing them with tools for implementing the process in their own work;
    • Responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology;
    • Hands-on support to all employees;
    • Designing a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile;
    • Implementing Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organization;
    • Use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation;
    • Lead by example.

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field
    • Having programming experience
    • Showing proficiency in relevant programming languages
    • Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts
    • Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master
    • Having some background or coursework in Computer Science.
    • Scrum Coach and / or Scrum Master certification

    When are you doing a good job?

    • Provided expert consulting on process evaluations and developing recommendations by use of benchmarks, pilots, prototyping and modeling to assess potential use of new methods and workflows.
    • Led and coached significant transformation from in-house teams in the agile way of working where we have consistent predictability.
    • Mentors, educates and trains in-house scrum masters on the use of techniques, methods and tools of agile in both Kanban and scrum
