Administrative Store Assistant - Vigo Street full-time

    As the Administrative Assistant of our Vigo Street store, you will be responsible for ensuring phone calls and emails are taken and directed to the appropriate department within the store. You will work alongside the Store Management team and our Customer Service Department based in Amsterdam. This position requires a close attention to detail, computer skills, time management and strong organizational skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Excellent communication with customers, the Store Management team and the in Amsterdam based Customer Service Department
    • Offering customer service that adheres to Suitsupply's high standards
    • Representing Suitsupply with vigilance and consistency
