Business Analyst

    Suitsupply is in the scale-up phase and is working on challenging projects to grow to the next level. Examples of these projects are the migration to a new OMS, a mPOS implementation and global deployment of RFID within our stores. The development team you will work with is responsible for all store related applications and integrations. They manage multiple applications that are used globally by our stores. Examples are our alteration application, RFID store application and back-end integration of our Point-Of-Sale. As business analyst for the stores team, you will be responsible for analyzing current integrations within our legacy systems, design process improvements and support the development team to create great products.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Translate business needs into clearly defined (technical) requirements
    • Together with the dev team work out the technical requirements into refined user stories
    • Analyze existing process to identify gaps and areas of improvement
    • Supporting the Product Owner to create a roadmap
    • Check sprint progress and make sure questions are resolved rapidly
    • Create documentation for business use cases, process- and or data flows
    • Align feature roll-outs across multiple development teams

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • 3+ years experience in a similar analyst role
    • 3+ years experience in working agile scrum and with development teams
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Great communication skills and the ability to work with many different types of people
    • An entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on mindset with the skills to coach people to get to the next level
    • A great eye for detail without losing the high-level goals and overview
    • Experience in SQL and with Atlassian software is a plus
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
