Business Analyst - Buying, Planning, Allocation


    As Business Analyst for Buying, Planning and Allocation you are responsible for analyzing business processes and driving hands-on performance improvements. As Suitsupply is in the scale-up phase this is a critical and very visible role for enabling Suitsupply to scale successfully worldwide. The department you will work in is responsible from selecting fabrics to deciding which items go to which stores. Core processes include demand planning, capacity planning and merchandise allocation. You will report to the Process Improvement Manager within Suitsupply. What we will teach you in this role is how to drive process improvements and how to get results in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Analyze the Never Out Of Stock (NOOS) process and make a list of opportunities for improvement
    • Help the buyers to reduce their manual workload
    • Speed up the process of a seasonal buy (from sampling to go-to-market)
    • Set-up a structural capacity planning tool &amp; process
    • Set-up an overall KPI structure for the teams and review meetings to drive improvements
    • Automate planning to our factories

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar analyst role
    • A Master's degree
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Great communication skills and the ability to work with many different type of people
    • An entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on mindset with the skills to coach people to get to the next level
    • A great eye for detail without losing the high-level goals and overview
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
