CRO Specialist/Web Analyst

    As a CRO specialist / Web analyst you work for the Ecommerce department and make sure decisions are driven by data. You are responsible for analyzing our webstore journeys, turning hypotheses into AB tests, creating in-depth reports based on quantative and qualitative data analysis and build dashboards to measure our online performance. You are motivated to bring solutions to the business and make continuous improvements by sharing actionable insights - you'll be part of our team 'Analytics' and work closely with other teams like PO's, UX, development and content.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Work with our E-commerce teams to manage our Analytics backlog
    • Run AB tests and report on insights and improvements
    • Work with PO and BA to define tracking plans for Google Analytics
    • Identifying patterns and trends in our data
    • Build reports or dashboards in Metabase or PowerBI

    This job might be for you if you have?

    • Relevant experience in web analytics and/or website optimization
    • 2+ year in-depth experience in Google Marketing platform, Google Analytics 360, Google tag manager
    • 1+ year experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize
    • 1+ year experience with optimisation tools like Hotjar, Usabillia, Contentsquare, Fullstory
    • 1+ year experience with dashboarding tools such as Metabase and PowerBI
    • 1+ year experience with SQL, BigQuery
    • Experience and/or affinity with javascript is a plus
