Display Marketing Specialist

    As a Display Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the performance marketing team that's responsible for acquiring customers online and in 100+ stores across almost 30 countries. You'll play a crucial role in shaping a global business and influence the rapid growth.
    By understanding our customers and their journeys, you will focus on targeting prospects on efficient display placements, communicating the right message and converting them in our stores online and offline. With the team, you will make sure we're on the bleeding edge of marketing innovations, so we outcompete our international competitors.
    You should have experience running international campaigns with both performance and branding goals on Adwords, DBM, programmatic or direct display channels. We're looking for a self-starter focused on growth that can take ownership and lead in a fast-growing startup environment. You are super analytical who can speak attribution language and make impactful decisions based on the findings.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Managing online display acquisition and branding campaigns (Adwords, DBM, direct)
    • Manage and optimize our display remarketing campaigns
    • Leading the strategy for the channel to drive performance of our KPIs
    • Day to day efficiency reporting and analyses
    • Constant A/B testing and improving of performance based on results
    • Learning and staying on the cutting edge with best practices on display, ad formats, betas and strategies
    • Working closely with our Google and 3rd party counterparts for new ad format testing, targeting and big picture and strategy execution

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • Experience in working with display channels such as Doubleclick, Adwords and Criteo (2-3 years experience)
    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Marketing or similar
    • Experience in managing the display channel with international focus
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience in A/B testing
    • Excellent written and spoken English skills
    • Experience with Relay42 (DMP). - nice to have
    • Knowledge of Online Measurement and Attribution Models. - nice to have
    • Experience with Affiliate Marketing channels. - nice to have
    • Knowledge of the Search channel. - nice to have
    • Experience with Google Data Studio. - nice to have

    Your success will be measured by:

    • Taking ownership of the channel and performing according to KPI's
    • Being able to perform in an independent way and providing valuable insights for strategic decision making
