Ecommerce Data Analyst

    Suitsupply is an international men's fashion brand with more than 100 stores worldwide across major metropolitan cities like Paris, Milan, London, Zurich, Sydney, New York, Toronto, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. The company operates a strong e-commerce platform which is accelerating and allows it to bring that same high-quality tailoring and personal service to customers around the world.
    As a E-commerce Data Analyst you work with teams across Suitsupply to make sure decisions are driven by data. You are responsible for translating requirements and analysis into reports, dashboards and segments. You are motivated to bring solutions to the business and make continuous improvements by sharing actionable insights - you'll be part of our team 'Analytics' and will focus on data coming from our data warehouse, UI analytics and internal organization.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Report results back to the relevant members of the business
    • Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
    • Compile, identify and evaluate data to create valuable segments
    • Defining new data collection and analysis processes
    • Responding to ad-hoc data request related to e-commerce
    • Contribute to execute our radical personal approach on the website

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • Relevant experience in an analytical role in a fast-paced environment
    • Good analytical and communicative skills together with a proactive attitude
    • 2+ year in-depth experience with SQL, BigQuery, GA and GTM
    • +1 year experience with dashboarding tools such as Metabase and PowerBI
    • +1 year experience with A/B testing tools is a pro
    • Affinity with E-commerce and performance improvements on the website
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and a relentless focus on improvement
