Executive Assistant

    As an Executive Assistant you will be working closely alongside the Management Team of Suitsupply by supporting the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and CTO (Chief Technology Officer). We are looking for someone who can work well in a fast-paced environment and can effectively plan future schedules. The ideal candidate can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a professional manner.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Coordinating the COO's and CTO's agenda and inbox
    • Being first point of contact for internal and external contacts
    • Organizing and preparing meetings
    • Supporting other departments, e.g. launching HR related activities, if needed
    • Making travel arrangements
    • Following up and executing various administrative tasks

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • 5+ years of working experience as a PA or in a similar position
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • A proactive mindset: you are hands on and always thinking one step ahead
    • Great communication skills, fluency in English and the ability to work together with a diverse group of people.
