Executive Assistant

    As a Travel Manager/Executive Assistant you will be working closely alongside the Management Team of Suitsupply while teaming up and reporting to our CEO's Executive Assistant. We are looking for someone who can work well in a fast-paced environment, can effectively plan ahead and can be successful in individual as well as in team-tasks. You are equipped with a business acumen and can quickly understand and shift priorities. You enjoy working for entrepreneurs where agility is more important than form.

    Your typical day includes:

    • First point of contact internally for travel-related questions (reservations, bookings, visa requests etc.)
    • Making complex travel arrangements from A to Z
    • Assisting with and improving the current travel policies and processes
    • Managing relationships with vendors
    • Organising and preparing meetings
    • Following up and executing various administrative tasks

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • 2-3 years of working experience a a Travel Manager and/or Executive Assistant
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    • Flexibility and ability to quickly shift and work on priorities
    • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset - you are hands on and always thinking one step ahead
    • Strong planning, organizational and admin skills, eye for details, precision, and most of all: a quality-driven, service-minded attitude - you are someone who finds the way to get things done on a timely manner and with quality

    • Ability to work together with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced, energetic environment
    • Great communication skills, fluency in English and Dutch (both oral and written)
