Fulfilment Manager

    As Fulfilment Manager you are responsible, with your team for the fulfilment operations for our global omnichannel orders. You are involved in projects which optimize the supply chain and enhance our fulfilment strategy. First major project will be the go-live and configuration of our new Order Management System (OMS) where you and your team need to define and implement business requirements and business rules.
    You are hands-on and data-driven, strategic, experienced, and proactive. You are an expert in designing, delivering, and executing new initiatives for improving fulfilment capabilities aligned to the business requirements with a proven track record in driving company growth.

    Your typical day includes:

    You are continuously looking for improvement opportunities in existing omnichannel supply chain processes to improve our performance. You manage and coach the Fulfilment Specialist in your team.
    You are the business owner for the integration of our new Order Management System (OMS), are focused on on-time delivery with excellent service and support omnichannel stores with in-store picking or shipping-from-store.

    • Define business requirements for new OMS
    • Define business logic for stock that is Available-to-Commerce (ATC)
    • Define business logic for order orchestration
    • Develop profitable business rules when new OMS is live
    • Sourcing from local hubs (ship from store, use of dark stores, etc.)
    • Logic for intercontinental shipments
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the technical realization of projects and the optimization of business processes. Manage the communication between all parties.

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
    • Logistics and omnichannel experience and worked with warehouses and carriers
    • Affinity with systems and experience with OMS (preferably Manhattan)
    • A pro-active and flexible mindset and being able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Appreciation for our product and how we position ourselves in the market

    • You monitor ATC levels for different fulfilment channels (webstores, stores, outlet, franchise)
    • You monitor and improve delivery performance to our customers and stores
    • You are structured, proactive and you can communicate (written and verbal) in fluent English
