Head of Customer Acquisition

    Suitsupply is an international men's fashion brand with more than 100 stores worldwide across major metropolitan cities like Paris, Milan, London, Zurich, Sydney, New York, Toronto, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong.     As the Head of Customer Acquisition you work in the Ecommerce department and report to our Head of Ecommerce. You'll act as the driving force behind smart strategies and tactics to our acquisition model and building our customer acquisition team. You will lead our global acquisition strategy and report on new customer growth over all our regions, both online and offline. You are responsible for the customer acquisition costs and channel ROI. Your team will work together with our content team to create new campaign content and continuously improve based on customer insights. You will do an excellent job if you accelerate our growth in owned and earned media.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Drive our customer acquisition plan and continuously monitor performance across countries, regions, and product categories
    • Implement cross-platform strategies to drive acquisition and conversion through Paid tactics: Paid Social, SEM, Affiliate marketing, Display, etc
    • Drive acquisition and conversion through Organic tactics: SEO/ASO and Partnerships
    • Plan our marketing execution, budgeting, analyses and optimalisations
    • Lead the acquisition team and be responsible for their objectives and personal development
    • Own tracking and reporting on all acquisition channels and improve our CAC/LTV ratio
    • Manage the relationship with our digital advertising agency

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • 100% target oriented, strong analytical skills an eagerness to learn new things and you are self-reliant.
    • 5-9+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth business, ideally an experience in a scale-up or start-up.
    • Proven track record of new customer growth using SEA, SEO, Affiliates, Social Advertising (incl. YouTube) and CRO
    • You have experience with setting up a winning team, which includes leading a high-performing internal and/or agency growth teams
    • Agile mindset: Able to turn data into hypotheses and execute fast on experiments and new ideas
