Head of Product

As Head of Product, you'll help our customers buy the best fitting suit they'll ever wear, and wow them at every step of the way. Whether their journey starts online or in one of our 85 stores, you inspire them to buy and come back for more - ideally together with their best mate or dad. With your team of (now) 7 Product Owners, you help us build and improve the best-converting website in our vertical. This includes cross-channel journeys like try at store and book stylist appointment and innovative services like our Design Your Own suit configurator, tailor-at-home or subscription-based style advice. At the same time you're building out what we have, you'll think with us on the future of tailoring - and help us build what's next.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Driving faster growth and higher NPS, with a relentless focus on solving the problems that matter to our customers and bring value to the company
    • Researching and understanding our customers and all their complex journeys
    • Translating these insights into an engaging product vision, strategy, and roadmap, balancing all relevant factors
    • Continuously building, measuring and learning - splitting up large projects into smart iterations, riskiest assumption tests, and prototypes
    • Leading, coaching, recruiting and building your team of Product Owners and foster collaboration
    • Doing everything you can to ensure delivery of product and features together with your peers from engineering
    • Driving product vision and strategy, by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing data, experimenting, and having a strong opinion (but loosely held) yourself
    • Engaging stakeholders throughout the organization (from buying to design to performance marketing) to deliver an integrated plan

This job might be for you if you have:

    • A relevant Master degree, MBA or equivalent practical experience
    • 5 years of experience in building digital B2C products (e-commerce, fashion is a plus)
    • A Solid track record in taking strategic decisions based on data that have yielded concrete results
    • At least 3+ years of experience managing teams
    • A bias for action: entrepreneurial drive, track record in delivering successful products and projects.
    • Great communication skills, ability to work together with many different types of people and the ability to influence without authority
    • Experience leading change and setting up a product strategy incl. roadmap.
    • A vision on Agile

Your success will be measured by:

    • Result: Closer to our goal of becoming the global tailoring expert (Conversion ratio, NPS, overall Growth)
    • People: Set-up a team we're proud of, that ships amazing products, with at least one person that is able to take your job in two years
    • Product culture: Skilled and autonomous development teams that deliver customer value each increment

What do you get in return?

    • Global reach, global potential - and a lot of green field to make a massive impact
    • Founder-led, fast-paced, high-growth, very ambitious, entrepreneurial context with autonomy to build, innovate and experiment
    • A strong brand to work with, and a new women's brand recently launched
    • Innovative omnichannel propositions
    • End responsibility
