    Local Knowledge

    • Pro-actively identifies local legislation issues to Manager HR Retail
    • Get to know people and pro-actively identify HR issued to Manager HR Retail/Regional Manager
    • Advise RM on local HR related matters
    • Local knowledge of sales, business, and labor market
    • (External) communication in local language

    Unburden managers enabling them to focus on sales

    • Written correspondence with employees, such as warnings
    • Handle dismissal cases
    • Go to for staff for confidential issues


    • Standardize process
    • Linking pin between store and HQ
    • First point of contact stores within region ----à alignment
    • Point of contact between RM/SM and HR-officers, as well as local authorities
    • Instruct SM on local procedures (e.g. checking ID's, visa, etc)
    • Make sure salaries are in line with reward policy

    Extra Benefits

    • Together with RM/SM, establish regional/local recruitment need
    • Negotiate contract with local recruitment agency if needed
    • Coordinate local selection (recruitment) process between store and HQ

    • Proficient English language skills. Dutch language bonus
