HR Business Partner

    Suitsupply is seeking for a proven HR Business Partner with a high energy level, strong pragmatic mindset and the ability to effectively partner with business leaders and employees within your business units. This position provides both practical and strategic HR expertise to all Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Tech and Store Development and Design functions of the company, including contract management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee services, HRIS and compliance.

    Your typical day includes:

    • You manage the whole HR Cycle from on- and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, contract management, absent management and career development
    • Assisting business leaders with the roll-out of new initiatives and projects
    • Assisting with performance management and compensation processes
    • Driving key initiatives and projects in areas such as employee satisfaction, personal development, and employee experience
    • Working closely with the other HR members and Recruiters to ensure alignment across all HR business units
    • Helping business leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, retention, and performance

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • A Bachelor's degree in the Human Resource field is required, along with at least 5 years or related experience preferably within an international environment
    • A bias for action. You'll find ways to get it done. Directly or with the help of others.
    • Exceptional communication skills; allowing you to coach and liaise with all levels of the company
    • Fluency English (both verbal and written)
    • Comfortable working within an ever-dynamic fast-paced and complex international environment

    • Working within a team environment and have the capacity and drive to take an autonomous role and authority when the situation arises.
