- Dealing with full range of operational HR activities for stores in multiple European countries. Activities include onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, employee changes and payroll preparation, including system data entry and drafting relevant documentation
- Providing support to HR Business Partners dealing with confidential employee issues such as disciplinaries and dismissals.
- Supporting and instructing Store Managers on (local) legislation and HR procedures (e.g. checking ID's, visa, schedules, etc.)
- Working with the HR team on standardizing and documenting (local) HR processes, templates, forms and checklists (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Completing & managing the personal files and ensuring all required documents are complete
- Handling absence & holiday administration (sick leave, parental leave and other absences)
