Jr Recruitment Officer & Sourcer

    Suitsupply's Recruitment Team is hiring a Jr Recruitment Officer and Sourcer to be focused on HQ functions. Besides the day-to-day operational tasks in recruitment, such as job postings, ATS management, candidate screening and interview scheduling, we are looking for someone who is experienced, or at least is interested in learning about various sourcing techniques, in order to come up with a rich and diverse candidate pipeline for our global business in our Amsterdam-based head office. This job is for you if you are happy with taking on operational tasks, and you also have the ambition to become a 1st class Sourcer or eventually Recruiter in the future.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Recruitment admin - Working together with the Senior Recruiter on various HQ functions, more from the administrative side, but learning about the full-cycle recruitment and sourcing part of the business, too
    • Keeping your head up - always being positive and professional, and keeping things confidential and efficient
    • Sourcing - Being a hunter, learning about advanced sourcing techniques (social, LinkedIn, Boolean, X-ray etc.), managing pro-active searches and engaging passive, but qualified candidates to be presented to our business
    • Being a Brand Ambassador - Get people know and be excited about Suitsupply
    • Candidate Management - Screening and informing candidates, scheduling interviews/sharing rejection messages etc.
    • Recruitment advertising - Handling and refreshing job postings on different channels and optimizing these
    • ATS Management - Managing roles and incoming applications in Greenhouse, our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative/sourcing/recruitment officer role
    • Interest in fashion retail as well as in the recruitment industry
    • Experience in Boolean and in various sourcing techniques
    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree
    • Excellent administrative skills with a proactive mindset and get things done attitude
    • Willingness to be involved in operational processes, attention to details
    • Energy to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, other language is a big plus
