Junior Buyer Custom Made

    As a Junior Buyer Custom Made, you will be working on the order management of our Custom Made sales. In this position, you have to be highly accurate, understand the demands of our customers and make sure the product is made on time in flawless quality.

    Whether you have a background in fashion or particularly interested in retail, this could be the beginning of your career at a pioneering fashion brand. In this junior role, you will be given responsibility for the custom made product group; being responsible for the production cycle, keeping direct communication with fabric producers and manufacturers. The main goal is to strive for the most efficient production process, which ensures that the customer receives his Custom Made product on time. This position is based at our Amsterdam headquarters.     Your typical day includes:

    • Managing order request from our stores and customers
    • Directly communicating with our Custom Made suppliers
    • Realizing optimal communication flow and production process
    • Learning about fabrics, tailoring, and all the details that make our products the perfect fit for our customers
    • Analyzing sales and customer demands to base decisions on
    • Improving delivery times, cost prices and lower quality/fit issues
    • Negotiating prices and delivery dates with suppliers
    • Approaching new vendors and being involved in relationship management
    • Managing complaints from Customer Service and warehouses
    • Making sure our factories are audited and working following our CSR standards

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • Experience with Custom Made or MTM solutions
    • Experience with production buying processes
    • Excellent planning and time management skills
    • Strong communication and organization skills
    • An eye for detail and aesthetic
    • A Bachelor's degree in Fashion or related
    • Knowledge of menswear product and the fashion retail market
