Junior Buyer (Production)

    As a Junior Buyer, you will be working closely with your category team, including a Category Lead and Senior Buyers. In this position, you are responsible for the production cycle from fabric to suits/shirts etc., keeping direct communication with fabric producers and manufacturers. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the improvement of the quality of the product that is created in the most efficient production process.     Your typical day includes:

    • Taking final QTY's from buying and placing orders with the fabric mills and factories
    • Order processing
    • Factory capacity planning and management
    • Managing fabric call offs and shipping forecasts
    • Management and Planning of seasonal production
    • Managing supplier relationships: clear communication between fabric mills, factories, supply chain and buying teams
    • Ensuring on-time delivery of final garments to store

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Fashion and Buying
    • A Bachelor's degree in Fashion or related studies
    • Excellent planning and time management skills
    • An entrepreneurial mindset, an eye for detail and aesthetic
    • Willingness to be involved in administrative processes - excellent oral and written communication skills
