As a Junior Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global business and influence the rapid growth by using sales data and identify trends to optimize stock positions and buying propositions. You will be responsible to ensure balanced stock with minimization of lost sales by stock-outs and be also able to set up proposals for quantities based on budget and sell-through.

    By understanding the market, you need to be aware of the latest trends and be always ahead of our international competitors. You need to have strong analytical and communication skills while partnering with Allocation, Buying and Category Teams - your actions always drive results and impactful decisions.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Assist with weekly trade meetings by monitoring sales, stock and relevant KPI.
    • Manage weekly order check to ensure correct intake flow and cash balance
    • Support demand planner in creating on item sales and intake plans
    • Define ideal size break down for repeat items by analysing sales and stock
    • Support Senior Merchandise Planner in creating pre-season sales and inventory plan, from top line forecasting to assortment mix.
    • Assist in updating reports

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • Bachelor in Finance/Business/Statistic or similar
    • minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant role
    • Data-driven and analytical mindset with an affinity to the product
    • Good knowledge of Excel, pivot tables and nesting formulas
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with ad hoc requests and deadlines
    • Proactive attitude, curious approach, enthusiasm
    • Strong communication skills in English, both written as verbal
