Customer Service-- Online Client Advisor

    Suitsupply is continuously growing. We are expanding our global presence by opening new stores worldwide, innovating in eCommerce and blurring the line between in-store and online experiences. For our international, service-driven and dynamic Customer Service team, we are hiring for the role of Online Client Advisor based in our Dallas Office.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Full-spectrum customer support; from sizing and styling advice to logistics and account maintenance
    • Identifying and facilitating online sales, deliveries and returns
    • Coordinating with our physical stores to ensure optimal customer experience

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • Relevant education and/or experience in service management, retail or fashion
    • Sales and clientele experience in the fashion or hospitality industries
    • A service-oriented mindset and the ability to think creatively and solve problems
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts. Some evenings and weekends are required
