For our international, service-driven and dynamic Customer Service team, we are hiring for the role of Online Client Advisor based in our Dallas Office.
Your typical day includes:
Full-spectrum customer support; from sizing and styling advice to logistics and account maintenance
Identifying and facilitating online sales, deliveries and returns
Coordinating with our physical stores to ensure optimal customer experience
This job might be for you if you have:
Relevant education and/or experience in service management, retail or fashion
Sales and clientele experience in the fashion or hospitality industries
A service-oriented mindset and the ability to think creatively and solve problems
Flexibility to work varying shifts. Some evenings and weekends are required
