You are responsible for assisting the operational practices demonstrated in our retail stores. You help identify and create ways of efficiency and enhancement. You utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with field leadership and store teams. As a problem solver and key contact for our retail stores, you will assist in using data to drive scalable solutions and deliver on company standards.
What you will do:
- Support retail stores daily through troubleshooting, system compliance, transaction auditing, inventory management and overall operations support
- Facilitate workshops and train daily processes to build expertise across stores
- Execute standard operating procedures to maximize store team efficiency
- Maintain communication with retail teams and Operations Manager to ensure supply levels are appropriate and systems are properly functioning
- Determine obstacles that affect the store's client experience, efficiency, and productivity and use critical thinking and project planning skills to create fast and effective solutions
- Collaborate across other company departments to achieve project goals
- Drive tailor efficiency with store teams ensuring internal and external flow is seamless
- Perform daily/weekly checks of store processes including RFID, pending transfers, and discounts, ensuring best practices and controls
Who you are:
- 4+ years of retail operations experience with demonstrated career growth
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability manage time - is both purposeful and intentional with actions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including occasional weekends) including 70% travel
