Paid Search & Social Specialist EMEA

    As a Search and Social Specialist EMEA you will be part of the Performance Marketing team which is responsible for acquiring customers online and in 100+ stores across nearly 30 countries. You'll play a crucial role in shaping a global business and influence our rapid growth.
    This is an ideal position for someone looking for a challenge working alongside a small, fun, results-driven team that is responsible for new customer acquisition and retaining them through digital media. The team focuses on targeting prospects on appropriate channels communicating the right message and sending potential users to appropriate landing pages to drive online sales and/or to drive the customers to our stores. As Paid Search and Social Specialist, you will be the person behind the thinking and the execution of our Search (80%) and Paid Social (20%) campaigns across Europe. Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager will be your daily tools and you will report to the Performance Marketing Managers.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Scale our paid search and social channel by owning day-to-day analysis and optimisation to maximise ROI
    • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and deliver insights
    • A/B test copy and creatives to increase relevance score and CTR in order to increase ROI

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • 1-2 years of paid marketing experience
    • Managed budgets over 50K/ month with a strong e-commerce focus
    • Experience with GA, Facebook Business Manager, Adwords, Bing, and Merchant center
    • Fluent English skills, a second language is a plus
    • You keep up with the latest paid marketing trends and always test new methods
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in fine tuning campaigns and creatives
    • A responsible and proactive attitude. We value autonomy and as long as your decisions make sense you can drive success with a lot of freedom

    Your success will be measured by:

    • The ability to take ownership of our paid search and social channel budget to spend across Facebook business manager, Adwords
    • Create valuable weekly reporting on campaign performance and ROI
    • The ability to monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance and improvements
