    Procurement Coordinator

    As a Procurement Coordinator NFR you are responsible for the procurement of all non-sales related spend from packaging to consumables used in our stores. You will optimize the processes and monitor the spend from our stores globally. It is a new entrepreneurial role where you will be setting up the basis first and build the procurement processes yourself. This will include sourcing and managing suppliers, optimizing order portals and ensuring sufficient inventory.

    Your typical day includes
    • Ensuring enough inventory on packaging materials
    • Finding a new supplier to simplify the process to source consumables for our tailors
    • Reduce the amount of expenses from stores by onboarding a new supplier for dry cleaning

    This job might be for you if you
    • Have a bachelor/master degree in supply chain/business or related field
    • Have at least 5 years of experience in procurement in an industrial or retail environment
    • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions
    • Are pro-active
    • Are being comfortable in a high-pace hands-on environment
    • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence a matrix organization and external stakeholders at different levels
