Product Owner China Platforms

    Join our rapidly growing international company as a Product Owner China Platforms and take responsibility for the vision, roadmap and backlog of our China platform developments like WeChat mini-programs and Tmall integrations. You will work closely with our development partner and our headquarters in Shanghai. You will also work with departments at HQ Amsterdam like Customer Services, Stores and E-Commerce. At the same time, you'll share and align your roadmap with stakeholders and management.
    At HQ Amsterdam we have an international environment where our standard language is English.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Manage your product backlog, visualize your vision and roadmap
    • Gather requirements from users and stakeholders and create user stories
    • Work closely with your development team to release feature increments
    • Work closely with Customer Service, Stores and E-Commerce to gather insights
    • Come up with ideas and innovations to achieve business goals
    • Support the development team during daily's and sprint reviews
    • Work with the project manager for planning and team success

    This job might be for you if you have?

    • You like to take ownership and want to get the most value out of your product
    • You can communicate your ideas clearly, build your case and have a can-do mentality
    • You have 2+ years of experience in a similar position with design and administration of WeChat Official Accounts, WeCom, and Mini Programs
    • You have in depth knowledge of Tencent product eco-system WeChat, WeCom, WeChat Mini-Program
    • Knowledges about Chinese digital ecosystem (relevant players, typical standards, user expectations) in B2C and B2B
    • You have in depth knowledge of other trending social selling platforms and ideas on how to drive synergies between them
    • Strong technical and logical thinking, good communication skills and collaboration ability
    • You speak Chinese and English and have a good understand of the Chinees market (big plus)
    • You have 2+ years of experience with IT development teams or partners
    • Track record of growing traffic into Digital China Platforms, especially WeChat Mini-Program
    • Practical experience with online marketing toolset dedicated for China
      • Web monitoring (GA or alternative)
      • Social CRM
      • Landing pages
      • SMS/MMS notification platforms
    • Affinity with menswear
    • Able to travel to China
