Product Owner Custom Made

    The Custom Made application gives customers the ability to choose from countless custom suit design options in over 1,000 premium Italian fabrics, all with a personalized touch. As Product Owner Custom Made you are responsible for the development, maintenance and integration of the in-house built application that support our omni-channel business.
    Together with your stakeholders and development team, you manage the backlog for future deliverables to increase business value. You are continuously looking for improvement opportunities in the existing processes that will increase the effectiveness of our teams. You break down complex projects into smart iterations, prototypes and MVP's, and continuously prioritize based on economic value and customer impact.
    You will create a vision for the Custom Made application related to Sales, Customer Service, Customer Data and Personal Shopping. To realize that you will work on a roadmap, metrics and support the team to deliver on it.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Roadmap planning: defining the product vision and scope according to business objectives, capacity and team capabilities and manage that;
    • Product backlog management: translate requirements from your (business) stakeholders to IT solutions and set priorities based on value;
    • Agile mindset: work with your agile development team to develop, measure, improve and release valuable functionalities;
    • Scrum ceremonies: prepare, facilitate, and host the Scrum ceremonies like the daily stand-up, sprint planning, refinement, poker sessions, and sprint reviews;
    • Data-driven: gather and analyze data from (internal and external) customers to improve the way users interact with our applications.

    This job might be for you if you have?

    • Experience in a PO role is big plus: managing web development projects in retail or fashion is a plus;
    • Analytical skills: makes sense of unstructured information and have a record of accomplishment of projects focused on developing, integrating, enriching, software solutions at scale;
    • Communication: distil and communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively. Involves others, pre
    • sents well, inspires, and dares to challenge business and IT;
    • Customer focus: understands value, sets the right priorities, balances all factors, thinks strategically;
    • Pro-active and Entrepreneurial: can-do mentality, innovative with great problem-solving skills;
    • Domain expertise: knows what drives online success in fashion retail (menswear).

    How your success will be measured:

    • Your vision and deliverables are visible through the company both in stores and in HQ;
    • The Custom Made application is the go-to point for customers and Style Advisors in the stores. You are making sure we utilize custom configurations and orders online and in the stores;
    • Growth in usage: quality wise(UX and Service) and quantity wise (traffic and conversion);
    • You have clear metrics that help you to validate if you are developing the right solutions;
    • Your team is loyal and dedicated, they trust you, they have a purpose and are happily involved in delivering projects with high impact on the business.
