Product Owner Finance and HR

From an 'Uber for style' to our mobile app to 'design your own' tailored suit: we're scaling up to become the global tailoring expert.
    As a product Owner Finance and HR, you will be responsible for the prioritization, implementation, and analyses of Finance and HR IT projects to ensure that the our Finance & HR are working more efficiently and effectively. Due to the international growth your focus will be up-scaling our Finance and HR IT systems and processes from end to end.

    In this role you will have a chance to bring our Finance & HR practice to a higher level within a fast-growing company that is making a transition from start-up landscape to a more mature company.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Breaking complex projects into smart iterations, and continuously prioritizing based on economic value and customer impact;
    • Getting commitment of the stakeholders to set the vision for the IT projects roadmap for Finance and HR;
    • Taking full ownership of the Finance and HR IT Products, the prioritization of implementing new IT systems, building new features and enhancements of existing features;
    • Empowering your team and cross-collaborate with other teams across the company to unlock their full potential (e.g. clarifying user stories, attend daily scrum meetings, discuss dependencies, coach the team);
    • Get. things. done.

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • A relevant degree and multiple years' experience as a Product Owner in Finance and HR IT projects;
    • Knowledge of HR/ Finance/ ERP systems;
    • Experience with IT project management and creating a roadmap for IT projects that are Finance & HR related;
    • The ability to set priorities based on data and able to break down complex projects into tangible user stories;
    • Experience leading, inspiring and coaching Scrum teams.

    Your success will be measured by:

    • Completion of IT project roadmap for Finance and HR for the coming 6-12 months;
    • Decrease the number of Finance and HR applications and make them more efficient;
    • Helping us on our journey to turnaround and up-scale the Finance and HR processes.
