Regional Manager - Netherlands

    The Regional Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities within multiple store markets to support Suitsupply's business objectives. The Regional Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring the highest level of sales and customer service throughout the stores. As a role model, the Regional Manager must solve problems, make informed decisions, set clear goals, and provide ongoing learning opportunities and communication in order to achieve maximum results.

    Your Typical day includes / What can you expect to work on?

    • Responsible for achieving overall regional sales targets and individual store targets
    • Communicate Company vision and guidelines.
    • Train and coach the management staff in the execution of daily tasks, brand promotions and visual direction to maximize sales.
    • Ensure that the planning and execution of Suitsupply's brand visual direction are completed.
    • Lead, develop, coach and guide management in establishing goals and developing their competencies that drive performance.
    • Ability to network, recruit, develop and motivate top sales workforce and store leadership.
    • Make decisions not limited to the following: hiring decisions, performance ratings, merit increases, promotional opportunities, reclassification requests, corrective disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
    • Model leadership behaviors that promote a culture of open communication, employee development and trust.
    • Lead, develop, coach and guide management in establishing goals and developing their competencies that drive performance
    • Help solve problems that affect the stores service, efficiency, and productivity.
    • Assess regional economy and strategize for optimal market share
    • Manage escalation of highly sensitive matters for employees and/or customers
    • Oversee compliance of Store Managers with established Company policies and standards.
    • Ability to objectively and effectively assess management skills and move talent based on changing store needs.
    • Ensure and evaluate appropriate staffing levels to maximize service and business opportunities within payroll guidelines.
    • Use company resources and personal leadership to facilitate and sustain strong selling environment that holds associates accountable for achieving productivity standards.
    • Build manager capabilities to analyze shop level business and results through shop evaluations and reports.
    • Exercise independents judgment in determining the distribution of work.
    • Customize job content, key responsibilities, problem solving and supervision (including organizational chart).

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility in retail store operations
    • Outstanding leadership skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills required
    • Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels of management
    • High level of integrity and enthusiasm to motivate store management and associates.
    • Flexible, with a willingness to travel and undertake work as assigned
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
