Retail Recruiter

    Our in-store teams are responsible for finding the perfect fit for our clients and are expected to develop productive, long-term connections with customers new to the Suitsupply experience. Whether their journey starts online or in one of our 100 stores, our teams inspire them to buy and come back for more. Suitsupply is seeking a highly motivated Retail Recruiter with an eye for spotting talent and an outstanding ability to connect with people to join our Recruitment team.     Your typical day includes:

    • You manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey, from sourcing, reaching out to potential talent with a personal outreach, to closing sales talents
    • Playing an important role in developing Suitsupply's Employer Brand
    • Get. Stuff. Done.

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • A Bachelor's degree of any kind with genuine interest in people
    • 3 years' of recruitment experience from retail / hospitality / service-driven environment, you are excited to hire high-quality people
    • The same mindset in valuing amazing candidate experiences and willingness to fight to keep it that way
    • A bias for action. You'll find ways to get things done and you are able to meet tight deadlines
    • Great communication skills, ability to work with many different types of people
    • A valid EU work permit
    • Fluency in English and Dutch is essential

    • Ability to manage and own projects: doing more than just filling positions
    • Ability to be a real ambassador of Retail at Suitsupply
