    Sampling Manager

    We are looking for a Sampling Manager to work within our Suits and Shirt production team.
    Are you a highly accurate, problem-solving person who knows how to work with tight delivery schedules? Then you could potentially be what we are looking for. Whether you have a background in fashion or particularly interested in retail, this could be a nice path of your career at a pioneering fashion brand. In this role you will be responsible for the whole sampling process from fabric ordering to receiving the finished product in our office. You will assist in product development and you will be in direct contact with all of our mills and supplies. You are the link between Design, Production, Merchandising and the Photo Studio. Without you our collection cannot be made and our products cannot be photographed for our webstore.
    This position is based at our Amsterdam headquarters. We're looking for someone living in the Netherlands or who is willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Fluency in English is a must.
    We are looking for someone who can work independently, is highly accurate and who is eager to solve everyday problems within the sample production process. We are therefore looking for someone with at least 3 years' experience in merchandising, design, production or product development, preferably in (men's) tailoring. Experience in formal wear (sample) production is a nice-to-have.

    Your typical week includes
    • Order sample meters
    • Chase & update on sample production with factories
    • Code our collection (choose all trims) together with Design department
    • Receive, check and confirm (fitting) samples in the office
    • Request and check fabric tech sheets
    • Assist in delivering all samples for photoshoot
    • Create and update collection booklets
    • Assist in Product Development

    This job might be for you if you have
    • 3 years' experience, preferably in (men's) tailoring in buying and/or production.
    • A good understanding of our product
