Senior Project Manager Store Development

    Suitsupply is seeking for a proven Senior Project Manager with high energy level, strong pragmatic mindset and the ability to effectively partner with contractors and vendors across the world. As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the complete operation of the construction of our international stores, ensuring timely completion of the design process internally, and managing all involved architects and construction parties (externally) in the countries we operate in. Additionally, you will assure that everything is completed within timeline and budget while maintaining our high quality standards.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Taking over the complete process after final design and managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • First point of contact for general contractors and vendors (all over the world)
    • Closely managing, overseeing and executing new store build-outs and renovations
    • Overviewing the contractors during the execution
    • Milestone quality control
    • Site visiting to ensure processes and quality
    • Generating and managing project schedules, budgeting, and closely coordinating vendor supply items with a variety of global and local vendors

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • High knowledge of building methods, contracting, structural engineering/architecture
    • Minimal 5 years' project and construction management experience with building high quality retail stores and/or hospitality
    • Sharp attention to detail
    • Likes to travel
    • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
    • Comfortable working within an ever-dynamic fast-paced and complex international environment

    Your success will be measured by:

    • Structured and implemented new processes to improve the building process of new stores
    • Store(s) will be opened within the given timeline, budget and according Suitsupply standards
    • Flexibility to adapt to site conditions and the ability to solve them quickly
    • Working within a team environment and have the capacity and drive to take an autonomous role and authority when the situation arises.
