Senior Servicedesk Technician

To support our global expansion Suitsupply is hiring a Senior Servicedesk Technician to help us boost our IT servicedesk with managing the ticket queue, act on severity 1 calls and creating/developing knowledge items.
    Your tasks and responsibilities include:
    • Managing the queues and splitting the tickets between all on duty operators
    • Directly act upon severity 1 calls
    • Create and maintain knowledge items
    • Is available after office hours for technical assisting juniors and intermediates on escalations or high priority calls.
    This job might be for you if you have:
    • 5+ years of experience in a servicedesk role
    • Experience with correctly managing (prioritizing/delegating/etc.) a ticket queue
    • A proactive attitude towards the business
    • The ability to spot issues and correct them beforethey escalate
    • Experience with troubleshooing under high work pressure
    • Experience handling VIP requests / issues
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills when faced with multiple projects
