Service Manager

    Join Suitsupply as a Service Manager and ensure IT Happiness through the whole company. As we are scaling up to become the global tailoring expert, we need to continuously be improving.
    You will play a crucial role in ensuring the best quality of service by juggling several completely different stakeholder groups and communities, your own team, customers, suppliers and the rest of the IT organization.

    Your typical day includes:

    • Managing the overall desk activities, supporting and guiding the supervisors, acting as an escalation point when necessary
    • Reporting to senior managers on any issue that could significantly impact the business
    • Taking overall responsibility for incident management and request fulfilment
    • Attend development, project and operations meetings and serve the organization as needed

    This job might be for you if you have:

    • University Degree in Science/Business Administration or 5+ years of related technical and managerial experience in a ServiceDesk environment, supporting stores, HQ locations, user workplace, WAN, and LAN environments
    • Microsoft MCSE and ITIL certifications
    • Solid experience with asset, incident, change, release, configuration and problem management
    • Knowledge about service-oriented tooling (Topdesk, ServiceNow)
    • Flexibility and excellent communication skills
